Weekly Featured Theme: How we have grown in a year!

What are we learning?

Dear Sapitos Parents,

This week the children will learn about how we have grown in a year. We will discuss all the improvements in their developments through play. We have also scheduled exciting learning activities that will allow us strengthen motor and cognitive-sensory skills. We will also work in a father’s day project for Father’s Day Celebration that will take place on Thursday June 16th at 4:30 p.m.

Friendly Reminders

• Check your child’s cubby every Monday and make sure to bring extra set of clothing that is appropriate to weather (i.e. summer).
• Sunscreen is important to protect your child because he/she is very susceptible to sunburn. Yet applying sunscreen to your child requires planning. If sunscreen must be applied to your child, make sure to fill out an administration or authorization form specifying when sunscreen should be applied and be sure to supply the sunscreen and label the sunscreen bottle with your child's name.
• Take your child’s blanket home on Friday for laundry and bring it back on Monday.
• Bring diapers, wipes and diaper rash ointment/cream on Monday and make sure to label them with your child’s name.
• Do not bring your child toys to the classroom since they can break or get lost.

Father’s Day Celebration on Thursday, June 16th at 4:30 p.m.

Teacher Workday on Friday, June 17th. Early release at 12:30 p.m.
