Theme of the Week: “Means of Communication.”

Hello Dear Parents,

Welcome to a new week!  In this week, children will learn about means of communication because these are very useful to keep us in touch with others and are a necessary part of modern lifestyle. Means of Communication are one of the greatest inventions ever made, and our goal is for the children to learn about the various means, including: newspapers, magazines, television, radio, telephone, emails, and text messages.
Also, we will continue encouraging children to learn Spanish as a second language in fun way while they continue growing up and enjoying fun activities in a comfortable, healthy and safe environment.
Thank you for your help and support!

Tips:
Encourage child to follow directions and to complete some tasks at home, such as: clean up toys, place dirty clothes on the basket, or pick up the dry leaves on the grass.

Hello Dear Parents,

Welcome to this great week for the start of 2016.
This will be a year full of blessings and a lot of work in which children will learn new things.
We talk about the "Means of Transportation" that are a great help in our community. Through play, will we’ll learn to know more about the marine, aerial, and terrestrial forms of transportation and how to maintain a good road safety in the future and when we go for a walk with the family . Also we will be reinforcing lessons like the cut, spatial orientation, color, shape, and size.

Theme of the Week: “Christmas' Projects”

Dear Parents,

Welcome to a new week! This week will be very short – only three days - but will have activities that make them happy and we will learn new things. One day during the week, we will invite a family to read a Christmas story. We‘ll also decorate a postcard to take home for Christmas and the children will share what they like about this season. It will be fun.
We wish all of our Sff! families the best Christmas holiday and we hope they in the company of their families and friends.

We will continue encouraging children to learn Spanish as a second language in a fun way, while continuing to grow and enjoy fun activities in a comfortable, healthy, and safe environment.

Welcome to a new week! We will start working on a new topic, "Traditions Around the World." We’ll address well-known traditions, talking to children from other countries to further widen their knowledge and vocabulary.   Knowing well the importance of these celebrations, through play and art they will learn in a safe, free, and secure environment.

Dear Parents,

Welcome to a new week!  We will start to work on a new topic, “My Family’s Traditions.” December is a special month that encourages people to gather together to celebrate. As members of a family and community, we are engaged in different celebrations and events. Through the study of this topic, our Sapitos will have the opportunity to understand the importance and reasons for these celebrations, like: how and where are held, and which elements are included in these celebrations.  Also, they’ll learn about different traditions and celebrations that take place at different levels of society, including: the household, the community, and the world.
We will continue to teach Spanish as a second language in fun way while they grow up enjoying our fun activities in a comfortable, healthy, and safe environment.

Theme of the Week: “Thanksgiving Project”

Dear Parents,

During this short, three day week, we will have several projects for Thanksgiving.  This time will be filled with many messages of thanks to you and your children for being a part of our great family and supporting Sff! every day. Thank you for giving us your trust with this beautiful stage of childhood!

Children will have fun with a pajama party on Tuesday; a voluntary parent will come to read a story about Thanksgiving Day. We will also do a nice art job, in these activities we will be talking about the importance of giving and give thanks
