Theme of the Week: “Christmas' Projects”

Dear Parents,

Welcome to a new week! This week will be very short – only three days - but will have activities that make them happy and we will learn new things. One day during the week, we will invite a family to read a Christmas story. We‘ll also decorate a postcard to take home for Christmas and the children will share what they like about this season. It will be fun.
We wish all of our Sff! families the best Christmas holiday and we hope they in the company of their families and friends.

We will continue encouraging children to learn Spanish as a second language in a fun way, while continuing to grow and enjoy fun activities in a comfortable, healthy, and safe environment.

The children in Sapitos A class enjoyed singing the song "TRADICIONES." Parents, please encourage your child to listen to this song at home too. It can be found on our Sff! CD.

Tips:
Encourage children to during the game and respect holiday’s space and friends and share their joys and emotions.

  • Please avoid bringing toys from home, these could break or get lost.

Dear Parents,

Welcome to a new week!  We are very excited for the Christmas Party and Santa Claus visit! This week children will work on Christmas gifts and learn to sing Christmas carols - all of these will be amazing!
We will continue encouraging children to learn Spanish as a second language in fun way while they continue growing up and enjoying of fun activities in a comfortable, healthy and safe environment.

Tips:
Encourage your child to follow directions and to complete some task at home, such as: cleaning up toys, placing dirty clothes in the basket, or picking up the dry leaves on the grass.

Theme of the Week: “Traditions Around the World”


Dear Parents,

Welcome to a new week! We will start working on a new topic, "Traditions Around the World." We’ll address well-known traditions, talking to children from other countries to further widen their knowledge and vocabulary.   Knowing well the importance of these celebrations, through play and art they will learn in a safe, free, and secure environment.

Learning activities:
The children will continue to learn concepts such as prepositions, colors, and shapes.In addition, they will continue working on their socio-emotional development through routines and following directions. They will share with others to express themselves in a positive way.
Through artwork, the children will express their creativity and imagination.

Tips:
Encourage your child to take part in home activities, such as: spatial orientation, helping with laundry, putting away toys.
