“MY BODY- “MI CUERPO”

Hola Parents!

The topic this week is  “My Body”. During the week we’ll be learning and practicing the new song  “body parts”. Children will learn and recognize body parts, some organs and their functions.

Hombros / shoulders

Manos / hands

SPECIAL ACTIVITIES THIS WEEK:

We will make some projects related to Labor Day and Grandparents day..

HOMEWORK

Homework will be delivered every Tuesday and should be return every Friday.

Instructions: color, cut and paste the body parts in the correct order.

Weekly reminder:

• Please remember not to bring toys in the morning to stay in the classroom throughout the day unless it is a stuffed animal to sleep with. We have a variety of games and toys for the children to use and toys from home cause many conflicts between the children.
• Please do not forget to label your child’s belongings.
• Please check if your child has dirty clothes every day and make sure to your child has extra clothing in his/her cubby
• Please pick up your blankets every Friday.
• Please bring baby wipes.

SPECIAL ACTIVITIES THIS WEEK:

_ We will make a clown craft with paper bags.

_  We will dress as clowns.

Splash Day: Tuesday in the afternoon and Friday in the morning.

Thursday: dress as a clown.

• The Sapitos "A" classroom is very cold sometimes, please leave a     comfortable sweater for your children to use when the class gets too cold.
